REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY We want you to be happy with your Tydlyn Treffers game. Below we explain exactly when and how you can return something. 1. YOUR 7-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD) Because you bought online, Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving it — without giving a reason and without penalty. · You do not need to provide a reason. · You receive the full purchase price back. · You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. · The product must be unused and in resalable condition, in its original packaging. To cancel, email info@tydlyntreffers.co.za with your order number. 2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS If you receive a product that is broken, defective or incorrect, the Consumer Protection Act (Sections 55 and 56) protects you for 6 months after delivery. · We pay the cost of returning the product. · You choose: a repair, a replacement, or a full refund. · Please tell us within 7 days of delivery if the parcel was damaged in transit, and include a photograph. 3. HOW TO START A RETURN Step 1 — Email info@tydlyntreffers.co.za with: your order number, what the problem is, and (if applicable) a photo. Step 2 — We confirm the return and send you the return address. Step 3 — Pack the product safely in its original packaging and send it back. Step 4 — Once received and checked, we process your refund. Please do not send a product back before we have confirmed it. 4. REFUNDS · Refunds are made to the same payment method you used. · We process refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving the product, and in any event within 30 days of cancellation, as required by law. · Original delivery costs are refunded where the product was faulty. 5. WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK · Products that are used, damaged or incomplete (except where the product was received faulty). · Products without their original packaging. These exclusions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. 6.
